What you will do
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using GA4 and GTM.
- Monitor KPIs, conversion funnels, and user journeys to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports using visualization tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve user engagement.
- Implement and validate event and conversion tracking to ensure data accuracy.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Web Development teams to provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Experience managing event tracking and analytics frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
