Salary: €5,000+ gross + commission

A global payment processing company providing end-to-end payment infrastructure, including acquiring, issuing, and digital banking platforms for merchants, fintechs, and banks.
What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and business development team to achieve commercial targets.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline quality, and forecasting.
- Ensure consistent CRM usage and sales process discipline across the team.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and closing new merchant opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience within payments, acquiring, or FinTech.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a commercial sales team.
- Proven track record in card acquiring and selling payment solutions to low-risk merchants.
- Ability to generate outbound pipeline independently and coach others to do the same.
- Must be based in Latvia.
- Languages: English and Russian required.
