What you will do
- Provide first-level contact and resolve customer software, hardware, or network issues.
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide clear, effective solutions to users.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members or specialists.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal product teams to provide feedback.
- Follow up proactively with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related customer support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Must be located in or able to work from Lehi, Utah.
