What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of individual contributors in a culture of innovation.
• Develop and execute the strategy for Onboard Behavior ML models for autonomous driving.
• Provide technical leadership in the design and development of large-scale training models.
• Collaborate with partner teams to ensure efficient model inference and identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team effectiveness and project success.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure team members have the necessary support and tools.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with production Machine Learning pipelines.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Expertise in Reinforcement Learning and Machine Learning applied to Planning, LLMs, VLAs/VLMs, or recommendation systems.
• Strong programming, algorithm design, and mathematical skills.

Nice to have

• Publications in Machine Learning or Robotics venues.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, diffusion models, or large-scale training.
