TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (Gamedev): Managing the end-to-end relationship with IP licensing partners for a large-scale Strategy/MMO project with an accent on submission pipelines, creative alignment, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on bridging the gap between external brand requirements and internal production realities to ensure timely content delivery and project momentum.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the hub in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the IP licensing relationship, from onboarding to ongoing delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end submission pipeline for creative assets, narrative, and game design inputs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external IP partners, ensuring consistent communication and trust.
  • Coordinate with internal Leadership, Content, Narrative, and Art teams to keep projects unblocked.
  • Evolve internal submission tracking frameworks and workflows using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between partner expectations and creative/technical project requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner management, production, or a similar relationship-facing role.
  • Track record of managing external partner relationships and navigating complex approval processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to translate between external stakeholder requirements and internal creative/technical teams.
  • Must be able to work from the Barcelona hub on a hybrid basis (3 days/week).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with varying timelines.

Nice to have

  • Background in the games industry or adjacent entertainment/media fields.
  • Experience working with IP licensors, brand partners, or rights holders.
  • Familiarity with content pipelines for live service games.
  • Experience on large-scale Strategy or MMO titles.
