What you will do

• Define and deliver strategic initiatives across marketing, corporate strategy, product, merchandising, and pricing.
• Support transformation programs including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, and operational redesign.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with C-level management within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to project framing, benchmarking, and the co-creation of strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within retail or consumer goods.
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Must have existing work authorization (no work permits provided).
