Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. Candidates must be available to work Sunday-Thursday to align with the Israel-based team.

What you will do

• Own the technical architecture of a multi-brand Flutter application for regulated trading products.
• Drive architectural decisions focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Manage the end-to-end mobile release lifecycle, including build pipelines and store deployments.
• Lead complex integrations with real-time market data, charting, and financial SDKs.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Ensure high standards of security and compliance in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Flutter development on large-scale production applications.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives or owning architecture for a real product.
• Strong command of multi-flavor Flutter architecture, state management, and Dart.
• Hands-on experience with native Android and iOS build configuration and signing.
• Must be available to work Sunday-Thursday to align with the Israeli team.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, trading, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider state management.
• Experience with Firebase suite and product analytics tools like Mixpanel or AppsFlyer.
• Knowledge of security/pentest remediation and OWASP Mobile standards.
• Experience with monorepo workflows and automated testing.
