Head of B2B Brand | iGaming


This role is focused primarily on B2B brand development within the affiliate ecosystem, not consumer advertising or traditional B2C brand marketing.


Affiliate Program
2 established brands (Sportsbook + Casino)
Turnkey infrastructure (focus on growth, not platform development)
Tier-3 & Europe → Tier-1 expansion
Curaçao licensed
~100 professionals
Relocation to Cyprus or remote



Requirements

3+ years in Brand Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, PR or Partnership Marketing within iGaming.
Experience building and promoting B2B brands (affiliate programs, CPA networks, operators or providers).
Hands-on experience with affiliate communities, industry media, and opinion leaders.
Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, industry media, rankings, review websites and key opinion leaders.
Experience working with affiliate managers and business development teams.
Experience planning sponsorships, partnerships and conference activities (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, ICE, etc.).
Ability to build brand activities in-house together with PR, SMM, Events, Content and SEO teams rather than relying heavily on agencies.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams.
English B2 or higher.


Your mission

Build one of the industry's most recognized affiliate brands and transform brand awareness into a predictable stream of inbound partnership opportunities.


Responsibilities

Audit the current positioning of our affiliate program and develop a 6–12 month brand roadmap.
Build a B2B brand strategy that increases awareness among affiliates, media and strategic partners.
Create PR initiatives that position the company as a trusted operator within the affiliate community.
Increase inbound partnership requests through brand awareness rather than relying only on outbound outreach.
Develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities with industry media, influencers and events.
Own the company's brand presence across major iGaming conferences before, during and after each event.
Coordinate PR, SMM, Events, Content and SEO teams to execute one unified brand strategy.
Build relationships with affiliate communities, industry publications and opinion leaders.
Develop affiliate enablement materials, media kits, presentations and communication guidelines.
Build and scale the Brand team.
