Solution Engineer (IoT Retail Tech)

What you will do

• Present Vusion solutions to retail customers and configure solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales to gather business and technical requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Coordinate implementation projects, monitor shared tools, and ensure deadlines and cost control.
• Troubleshoot issues across integrations, infrastructure, and solution configuration.
• Lead pre-sales teams around retailer roll-outs and prepare deployments.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers for technical operational issues, upgrades, and installations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in IT/project management (networking, infrastructure, etc.).
• Solid technical background with understanding of software applications and code when needed.
• Experience with system integrations, networking, and IT infrastructure.
