Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Build, develop, and lead the new Global P&C Operations HUB in Budapest.
• Define and implement operational strategies, processes, and service standards for global HR administration.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including data management, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
• Lead and develop P&C operational teams in Hungary and Romania.
• Drive optimization and standardization of HRIS and administrative workflows.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leadership.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hungarian required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations.
• Strong expertise in HR administration, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Proven experience building scalable operational workflows from scratch.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Budapest, Hungary.
