What you will do
- Cover a dedicated beat and produce approximately four original stories per week.
- Develop and maintain strong sources across the asset management industry.
- Edit colleagues' copy to ensure accuracy and adherence to editorial standards.
- Publish the daily Ignites Asia newsletter in the Managing Editor's absence.
- Travel occasionally within Asia for reporting assignments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in covering asset management, financial markets, or related sectors.
- Track record of breaking news and producing original journalism.
- Strong editing skills and news judgement.
- Ability to work accurately under daily deadlines.
- Must be based in Hong Kong.
