What you will do

• Translate client and business needs into functional solutions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Analyze Middle East market trends and banking and fintech client challenges.
• Model solutions, define user flows and processes, and document requirements through BRDs and workshops.
• Align Product, Technology, Business, and other stakeholders across solution delivery.
• Support RFPs, bids, proposals, client meetings, presentations, and relationship development.
• Identify responsible AI opportunities while addressing data accuracy, ethics, governance, and risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements, including BRDs and workshops.
• Strong communication skills with international stakeholders and experience in cross-functional environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Fluent English at C1+ level.
• Professional experience using AI tools for analysis, decision-making, or efficiency, with an understanding of responsible and ethical use.

Nice to have

• Financial services or fintech experience.
• Exposure to Middle East or KSA markets.
• Experience with bids, presales, or RFP processes.
• Familiarity with UML, functional modelling, or agile delivery environments.
