TL;DR
Business Insights & Analytics Manager (AI) (Payments Analytics): Delivering client, portfolio, market, product, and revenue insights for Visa's Business Development organization with an accent on executive reporting, performance management, and growth opportunity identification. Focus on designing dashboards and scorecards, leading AI and automation transformation, and driving cross-functional action plans across the KBO cluster.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Partner with Business Development teams on client, portfolio, market, product, and revenue performance reporting.
- Analyze performance gaps, business risks, trends, and growth opportunities, then develop actionable recommendations and remediation plans.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for country, client, product, and business performance.
- Lead business reviews and provide executive-ready analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive the KBO AI, automation, reporting, and productivity transformation agenda.
- Support client events, strategic programs, and cross-functional initiatives while coordinating data quality and reporting integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business planning, analytics, strategy, consulting, financial services, or payments.
- Experience in business performance management, reporting, analytics, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience analyzing client, market, product, and revenue performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, and performance reports.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Experience driving AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
