UX Designer

TL;DR

UX Designer: Designing intuitive digital experiences for HVAC products and mobile applications with an accent on user-centric design, usability, and accessibility. Focus on translating user needs into clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating within cross-functional product teams.

Location: Hybrid role based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands (1–2 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis to uncover actionable insights.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes for new features.
• Perform usability testing to identify pain points and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to translate user needs into elegant designs.
• Develop personas and map user journeys to guide product development.
• Contribute to an established design system while maintaining design ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in UX, Communication & Multimedia Design, or similar.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (or strong portfolio from university projects/internships).
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into design improvements.
• English proficiency required for stakeholder communication.
