What you will do

• Assist senior designers in developing product concepts and designs for Scopus.
• Deliver core UX artifacts including wireframes, user flows, and interaction designs using Figma and prototyping tools.
• Work within the existing design system and patterns to maintain consistency across the product.
• Analyze research findings and make data-driven recommendations to improve the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in cross-functional squads to bring designs into production.
• Iterate designs based on user testing and analytics with team support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI or product design (including internships).
• Bachelor’s degree in UX, interaction, industrial design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in producing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Basic understanding of using research, analytics, and direct observation to identify user needs.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam
