Location: Fully Remote (Company is remote-first with an office in Berlin, Germany)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the game’s economy, progression, reward systems, and monetization.
• Design and optimize LiveOps events, tournaments, and seasonal content to drive retention and revenue.
• Build and maintain complex economy models using balancing spreadsheets, simulations, and forecasting.
• Analyze player behavior and KPIs to identify progression bottlenecks and monetization opportunities.
• Define hypotheses and execute A/B tests to iterate features based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Level Design, BI, Art, and Development teams to improve overall game performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and operating successful free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong expertise in systems design, economy balancing, progression, and LiveOps.
• Proven track record with casual or puzzle games (experience with card or casino games is a plus).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for building simulation and forecasting models.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
