Product Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Lead the development of AI and automation features, including automated campaign creation and predictive performance alerts.
• Manage and prioritize the Amplify feature roadmap, tracking milestones and delivery risks for the agile squad.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Direct agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, review sessions, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate worldwide feature rollouts with product marketing and campaign management teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Science, and Marketing to align on a unified product vision.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or a high-growth platform.
• Solid understanding of native advertising formats and performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, ROI).
• Proven track record of translating business objectives into platform solutions and shipping impactful features.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for roadmap prioritization.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Right to work in Slovenia without future visa sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, native ad networks, or global ad-buying tools.
• Experience managing products powered by AI/ML algorithms or automated optimization workflows.
• Practical experience in highly collaborative, fast-paced agile development environments.
• Passion for designing clean, intuitive, and high-performance UI/UX flows.
