What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions while adhering to coding standards.
- Conduct comprehensive testing (UT, SIT, UAT) and participate in code reviews.
- Resolve production incidents and alerts, including rotational early morning shifts.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operational processes.
- Document technical specifications, troubleshooting guides, and incident resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes with minimal business disruption.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production support and incident management.
- Proficiency in orchestration tools such as TIBCO, Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or N8N.
- Strong understanding of SQL, data integration standards, and secure API methods.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and agile methodologies.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of scripting languages including Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Cyber Security Standards (NIST, COBIT, ISO270001).
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management standards (ABAC, RBAC, OAuth, SAML).
