What you will do

• Deploy and maintain blockchain validator nodes using Ansible and Terraform to ensure maximum uptime.
• Develop and extend agentic AI workflows to automate operational patterns and drive infrastructure efficiency.
• Onboard new protocols and staking infrastructure for institutional customers.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability across hybrid infrastructure (bare-metal and cloud).
• Collaborate with security teams to deploy secure CI/CD builds and improve release pipelines.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support 50+ production blockchain staking environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience building AI-augmented operational workflows and agentic tooling.
• Strong Linux systems administration expertise (systemd, networking, bare-metal).
• Proficiency in shell scripting, Python or Go, and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
• Proven success managing hybrid environments at scale.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Datadog and PagerDuty.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain validator operations (Solana, Ethereum, Cardano, Cosmos SDK).
• Kubernetes or container orchestration experience.
• Cloud-native expertise in AWS or GCP, including Nitro Enclaves.
• Security engineering or systems hardening background.
• Depth in P2P networking topology.
