What you will do

• Source and nurture top-of-funnel talent across technical, product, trading, and operational functions.
• Research target markets and communities to map talent pools and inform outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain accurate candidate pipelines within the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and calls across multiple time zones.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize roles and refine search strategies.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of sourcing experience, ideally in high-performance environments.
• Proven ability to deliver strong pipelines in competitive markets.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in interview scheduling and candidate logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting best practices.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
