TL;DR
Quality Assurance Analyst: Defining and executing quality strategies for web applications with an accent on end-to-end testing, performance, and defect management. Focus on implementing automation, overseeing release quality gates, and ensuring high-quality product delivery in a collaborative environment.
Location: Montevideo, Uruguay. Must be available for full-time onsite work during the first three months.

What you will do
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and strategies for complex software.
- Manage the full defect lifecycle in Jira, including triage, severity classification, and verification.
- Implement and coordinate automated and unit tests in collaboration with the development team.
- Execute load and performance tests, defining objectives and reporting key metrics.
- Conduct compatibility and email rendering tests across multiple clients and devices.
- Define and oversee release quality gates, collaborating with PM and Dev teams on acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web application QA, including functional, integration, and E2E testing.
- Strong proficiency in creating use cases, test cases, and defect management in Jira.
- Experience in load, performance, and cross-browser testing.
- Knowledge of automation and unit testing collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report quality KPIs clearly.
- Full-time onsite availability in Montevideo required for the first three months (09:30–19:00).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, Vite, and Node.js/AdonisJS.
- Experience with API REST testing.
- Familiarity with DAM, HTML parsers, and Figma plugins.
- Experience with email testing tools like Litmus.
