What you will do
- Conduct thorough technical and user experience reviews of apps submitted to the Marketplace.
- Provide regular feedback to product teams regarding existing and upcoming features.
- Collaborate with developers and partners to enhance app quality and performance.
- Identify high-performing apps and build deep product knowledge.
- Work cross-functionally with Platform and Customer Experience teams.
- Perform regular audits to ensure Marketplace compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S. (preference for EST time zone)
- Experience in customer or developer support roles.
- Strong and confident writing skills for technical support environments.
- Technical proficiency with web services and standard API patterns.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools including Asana, Linear, Jira, and GitHub.
- Excellent time management skills to balance reviews and project work.
