hirify.global develops and maintains HIPPO, an automation platform that orchestrates and streamlines hardware installation and provisioning processes.

What you will do

• Develop and improve automation workflows that mark hardware installation requests as completed.
• Run automated validation steps such as connectivity checks, network port configuration verification, and SAN port connectivity validation.
• Execute operational procedures including host power-off and generate/send completion notifications to requestors.
• Test and validate new functionality and troubleshoot technical issues with infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Document solutions, processes, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of an HBO Computer Science (Informatica) program.
• Experience with at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Basic understanding of networking and operating systems.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university (or an EU-university for EU passport holders) during the internship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automation and orchestration concepts.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Understanding of server hardware, storage, or data center environments.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
