What you will do

• Lead the administration and coordination of security programs to ensure total compliance with government and company policies.
• Identify program issues and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Conduct security briefings and maintain comprehensive security education programs.
• Plan for new security programs, including the preparation of proposals.
• Provide leadership, training, and development for a dedicated security team.
• Partner with various government agencies to ensure compliance with directives and obtain rulings or interpretations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of security policies and procedures with the ability to apply them consistently.
• Strong expertise in DoD, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Programs (SAP) (PSD).
