hirify.global is developing a live remixing engine for DAWs called Daydream and an open-source engine called DEMON to enable real-time AI audio manipulation.

What you will do

• Transform raw footage, including tutorials and live remix sessions, into high-performing content for multiple platforms.
• Produce short-form clips for X, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with vertical framing and captions.
• Create long-form YouTube tutorials with clean pacing and clear chapter structures.
• Tailor a single raw session into multiple distinct deliverables optimized for different platform algorithms.
• Collaborate closely with the product team and obtain early access to new features before they ship.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong, viewable portfolio.
• Deep understanding of music content and the ability to make DAW footage engaging.
• Fluency in professional editing tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Expertise in platform-specific grammar, including aspect ratios, hook timing, and pacing.
• Ability to produce high-quality edited video at scale.
• Mindset that views AI as a creative partner and resource.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Ableton Live or similar DAWs.
• Skills in motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
• Experience growing a social media channel or account.
