What you will do

• Own and deliver quarterly goals, leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on ideation and technical trade-offs.
• Proactively identify and solve project, process, and technology issues.
• Monitor system metrics and support on-call operations to ensure high availability.
• Foster a culture of quality by setting and improving code review and design standards.
• Provide guidance and feedback to help develop talent within the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing and architecting mobile applications.
• Proficiency in React Native and declarative UI frameworks.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience designing elegant, simple, and extensible system components.
• Ability to make significant changes safely within a large codebase.
• Must be based in Spain.
