Location: Must be based in Warsaw and able to attend the office at least 2 days a week

What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Product Development and Business Services teams.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with the communication team to execute employer branding initiatives.
- Assess candidates using various test assessments and interviews.
- Act as a strategic advisor to management on talent attraction and hiring processes.
- Experiment with and develop innovative search and recruitment approaches.
Requirements
- Must be based in Warsaw and able to attend the office at least 2 days a week.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Extensive experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably with global or regional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to create trust at all levels.
- Experience recruiting technical profiles, particularly in software engineering or investment operations.
- Strong recruitment toolbox and familiarity with search methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Recruiting Module or similar HRIS.
- Experience with psychometric and technical test assessments.
