What you will do

• Produce performance video creatives and animated banners for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Generate high-quality shots, b-roll, and style-consistent footage using AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Pika, and Luma.
• Create frames, backgrounds, and assets with AI image tools like Midjourney, Flux, and Stable Diffusion.
• Assemble and polish final deliverables in After Effects and Premiere Pro, including basic sound design.
• Adapt concepts across various durations and aspect ratios while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers and prompt engineers to iterate quickly on data-driven concepts.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in After Effects (animation, compositing, expressions) and Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation and image-generation tools.
• Strong fundamentals in timing, easing, composition, and kinetic typography.
• English level B2+ and proficiency in Russian.
• Must be based in Tbilisi (GE), Yerevan (AM), Bangkok (TH), or Belgrade (RS).
• Ability to work in SLA mode with predictable turnaround times.

Nice to have

• Experience with character/style consistency techniques like LoRA, ControlNet, or IP-Adapter.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, ComfyUI pipelines).
