What you will do

• Resolve complex incidents impacting banking, trading, and forex platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues and coordinate escalations with development teams.
• Analyze large datasets and conduct technical investigations using SQL (Oracle, Postgres).
• Develop automation tools and scripts using Python and Bash to reduce manual workload.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor critical production processes to proactively identify anomalies.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems (Bachelor HES or similar) with a strong interest in IT.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python, Bash), Git, and Windows/Unix/Linux environments.
• English: Minimum B2 level required.
• French: Good knowledge required.
• Interest in financial markets, banking operations, and trading systems.
• Availability to join an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support in the long term.
