Fullstack Developer (React/NestJS)

TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (React/NestJS): Building an operating system for community food programs to manage inventory, sales, and operations with an accent on creating branded storefronts and internal tooling. Focus on scaling the platform end-to-end, optimizing JavaScript performance, and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure.

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere). Optional office available in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Salary: From 30 EUR per hour

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack, including customer-facing storefronts and admin tooling.
• Develop using React/Next.js and GraphQL on the frontend, and Angular/NestJS for backend services.
• Manage infrastructure and reliability via Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and tune search (Meilisearch), job queues, and caching (Redis).
• Profile and optimize JavaScript performance, asset delivery, and CDN usage.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders on planning, demos, and release readiness.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with React, Next.js, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Angular and/or NestJS.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure infrastructure, Terraform, and Datadog monitoring.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and search indexers (Meilisearch or similar).
• Experience in JavaScript profiling, asset optimization, and responsive design with Tailwind.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vendure.
• Background in non-profits, logistics, or community platforms.
