What you will do

• Analyze and assess the test automation landscape across projects to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Consult leads and teams on defining and improving test automation strategies and tool selection.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and reusable assets.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) for AI-driven testing approaches, including test generation and optimization.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and manage test data provisioning.
• Drive the adoption of standardized automation practices through training, demos, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
• Practical experience with Playwright or Selenium for UI/API automation.
• Experience applying AI to testing, such as tokenization, context engineering, and support of AI agents.
• Proficiency in integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of service virtualization, test environments, and data provisioning.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria.
