TL;DR

Support & Development Engineer (PHP/.NET): Bridging the gap between support agents and development teams by resolving advanced incidents and building internal tools with an accent on incident resolution and technical autonomy. Focus on developing AI-powered support tools, optimizing SQL queries, and implementing small feature updates across PHP and .NET ecosystems.

What you will do

  • Resolve advanced L2 tickets using SQL queries and source code review.
  • Develop internal platforms and endpoints to automate manual L3 tasks.
  • Implement small features and bug fixes in PHP (Symfony) and .NET Core.
  • Build and prototype AI-powered tools to enhance support processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and L2 knowledge base articles.
  • Administer and script within the Freshdesk ticketing platform.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in PHP (Symfony) or C# (.NET Core).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot code and eliminate bugs autonomously.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in Paris, France.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in L2/L3 technical support roles.
  • Monitoring experience with Kibana and Grafana.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or CSS.
  • Familiarity with DDD or Hexagonal Architecture.
  • Interest in applied AI and automation scripting.
