What you will do
- Resolve advanced L2 tickets using SQL queries and source code review.
- Develop internal platforms and endpoints to automate manual L3 tasks.
- Implement small features and bug fixes in PHP (Symfony) and .NET Core.
- Build and prototype AI-powered tools to enhance support processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and L2 knowledge base articles.
- Administer and script within the Freshdesk ticketing platform.
Requirements
- Proficiency in PHP (Symfony) or C# (.NET Core).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot code and eliminate bugs autonomously.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in Paris, France.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in L2/L3 technical support roles.
- Monitoring experience with Kibana and Grafana.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or CSS.
- Familiarity with DDD or Hexagonal Architecture.
- Interest in applied AI and automation scripting.
