What you will do

• Design and develop intelligent agents using Python and the AutoGen framework or similar tools.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) into multi-agent workflows.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Create robust APIs and integrate them with internal and external systems.
• Implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage logic using SQL, NoSQL, and Vector databases.
• Work with the Solutions Architect to ensure implementation aligns with the architectural vision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Python development experience, including async programming (asyncio).
• Hands-on experience building with LLM agent frameworks like Microsoft AutoGen, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform, with Azure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern API design (FastAPI, Flask) and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Understanding of Machine Learning basics, including inference pipelines, embeddings, and vector stores.
• English: Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience building multi-agent orchestration systems beyond single-agent bots.
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector search (FAISS, Weaviate).
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and IaC (Terraform, Helm).
