What you will do
- Oversee all operational aspects of a 24/7 gambling environment to ensure scalability and high service standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international gambling regulations and responsible gaming practices.
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, IT, CRM, CS, and Verification teams.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Resolve customer issues and publish regulatory-compliant content on company websites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, product development, and customer analytics (iGaming experience preferred).
- Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Turkish (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in modern digital tools and productivity software.
- Strong analytical, logical, and mathematical skills.
- Must be able to work on-site in Yerevan, Armenia.
