What you will do

• Conduct risk assessments to detect potential fraud or suspicious activity.
• Perform customer enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Escalate high-risk cases to senior staff for further review.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all KYC reviews and actions taken.
• Collaborate with fraud, payments, and customer support teams to resolve verification issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in KYC, AML, fraud prevention, or compliance.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with common KYC tools, databases, and applications.
