What you will do

• Design and roll out foundational engineering programs, including incident management frameworks and release governance.
• Establish a clear operational intake process ("front door") to protect the focus of SRE and TechOps teams.
• Drive quarterly planning, backlog refinement, and execution tracking for reliability and Ops initiatives.
• Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Platform, Architecture, Product, and Support teams.
• Optimize project management tools to create tracking dashboards and automate intake workflows.
• Define and evolve reliability metrics (SLOs, SLIs, MTTR) to balance feature shipping with system stability.

Requirements

• Direct experience defining or revamping incident management or release governance frameworks.
• Proven experience as a TPM or Product Manager within Platform, Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability.
• Ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies and negotiate priorities across various departments.
• Experience translating technical pain points and incident logs into data-backed business cases for tech-debt.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office

Nice to have

• Deep familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts such as Error Budgets, SLOs, and SLIs.
• Experience working in a high-growth, high-throughput B2B SaaS environment.
