Location: Remote, must be based in Japan. Required working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

What you will do
- Strategically manage corporate accounts to drive growth and increase service utilization.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor on social impact.
- Support the Sales team with contract renewals and negotiations to minimize churn.
- Deliver customized consultations and presentations demonstrating ongoing value and ROI.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align client needs with product enhancements.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and operational procedures for the Customer Success team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Experience in fast-paced enterprise SaaS startup environments.
- Must be based in Japan.
- Ability to work between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Monday.com.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
