What you will do

• Build and ship native iOS features using Swift.
• Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure stable, secure mobile performance.
• Optimize app responsiveness, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Leverage analytics and user behavior data to improve product quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
• Must be based in Japan and able to work from the Tokyo office 3 days/week.
• Solid knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS architecture patterns.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
• Strong sense of mobile UX, usability, and edge-case handling.

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
• Portfolio of shipped work (App Store links, GitHub, or screenshots).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
