What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of contact centre programs spanning technology, process, and people change.
- Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, CX, Digital, and Technology teams to ensure operational fitness.
- Define project scope, success measures, and outcomes aligned to customer experience and service levels.
- Manage integrated delivery plans covering technology build, business readiness, and operational transition.
- Oversee financial management, vendor costs, and benefits realisation within agreed tolerances.
- Establish delivery governance and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex programs within telecommunications contact centres or customer operations.
- Proven delivery capability using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in Capex and/or Opex financial management ($3M+).
- Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse business and technical functions.
- Ability to manage delivery teams in complex, matrixed environments.

- High-level presentation and reporting skills for senior stakeholders.
