TL;DR

Location: Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of contact centre programs spanning technology, process, and people change.
  • Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, CX, Digital, and Technology teams to ensure operational fitness.
  • Define project scope, success measures, and outcomes aligned to customer experience and service levels.
  • Manage integrated delivery plans covering technology build, business readiness, and operational transition.
  • Oversee financial management, vendor costs, and benefits realisation within agreed tolerances.
  • Establish delivery governance and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex programs within telecommunications contact centres or customer operations.
  • Proven delivery capability using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in Capex and/or Opex financial management ($3M+).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse business and technical functions.
  • Ability to manage delivery teams in complex, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with voice and digital channel transformation.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving inclination.
  • High-level presentation and reporting skills for senior stakeholders.
