What you will do

• Author and execute comprehensive AIV plans for current and upcoming missions.
• Coordinate AIV activities across projects to identify synergies and resolve technical issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain test environments, including hardware models and electrical layouts.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes from design to result analysis.
• Provide technical leadership and training to the AIV team.
• Manage non-conformances and present verification status at key project milestones.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in AIV or a relevant domain, with full lifecycle involvement.
• Proven experience in managing complex technical activities.
• Familiarity with verification and validation processes in standard-driven environments.
• Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the space domain, specifically with satellite subsystems.
