Associate, Global Client Group (Independent Advisor Group)

Location: Santa Monica, United States; hybrid work format

Salary: $81,000–$118,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop complex portfolio analyses for current advisor clients and prospects.
• Identify and explain key portfolio findings to clients.
• Deliver educational investment webinars for advisor clients.
• Answer the financial advisor hotline and resolve ad hoc investment and client-service questions.
• Support the development of investment marketing materials and charts.
• Build expertise in advisor business practices, capital market research, and portfolio management applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 2–4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Access, with the ability to learn additional programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses must be obtained within the first 12 weeks of employment.

Nice to have

• Intention to pursue investment-related education such as an MBA, CFA, or CFP.
