What you will do

• Lead industrial design across the hardware family, owning the process from first sketch to final production part.
• Establish and evolve a coherent design language and CMF (color, material, and finish) system.
• Collaborate with hardware and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure design intent is preserved through tooling and mass production.
• Iterate rapidly using 3D-printed models, high-fidelity appearance models, and renders.
• Develop all-weather, IP-rated enclosures that combine aesthetic beauty with real-world durability.
• Design the complete physical customer journey, including product packaging and the unboxing experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and shipping polished physical products in premium consumer hardware.
• Portfolio demonstrating obsessive attention to detail, restraint, and genuine taste.
• Mastery of surfacing and rendering tools such as Rhino, Alias, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and KeyShot.
• Deep understanding of design for manufacture, specifically injection moulding and die casting.
• English: Conversational (B1) minimum, ideally C1 or above.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
