TL;DR
Industrial Product Designer (CAD/product testing): Designing, refining, improving, and testing tools, brushes, figure cases, palettes, painting handles, and other accessories for miniature hobbyists with an accent on CAD development, product evaluation, and user-focused design. Focus on managing multiple product projects, defining stringent testing parameters, and producing clear feedback documents and written briefs.
Location: Full-time onsite at the UK headquarters in Nottingham

What you will do
- Design, refine, improve, and test new and existing tools, brushes, and miniature-painting accessories.
- Work with Studio colleagues and external partners throughout product development.
- Research hobbyist needs and evaluate product performance through structured testing.
- Document findings and prepare clear, concise feedback documents and written briefs.
- Manage multiple projects at different stages while adapting to changing priorities.
- Maintain rigorous testing standards before products are approved for production.
Requirements
- Experience using SolidWorks or another relevant CAD software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to investigate product questions, evaluate results, and communicate improvements clearly.
- Organised, methodical, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Nottingham, UK.
