What you will do

• Process and review invoices for payments via NetSuite, ensuring correct cost center booking.
• Perform in-depth reconciliations of General Ledger, liability accounts, credit cards, bank statements, and intercompany accounts across multiple entities.
• Maintain accurate vendor files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accounting practices.
• Prepare ageing balances, DPO reports, and manage A/P balances, refunds, and adjustments.
• Audit employee expenses for policy adherence and execute month-end closing activities.
• Respond to internal and external financial queries and tickets in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Solid accounting knowledge and experience working within complex international organizations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Must be located in Ho Chi Minh.
