What you will do

• Manage the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial reports including P&L and balance sheets for parent organization reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax regulations and internal SOX controls.
• Analyze financial data deviations and provide actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Support global and local audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, and Operations departments to streamline financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional certification.
• Proven experience in accounting within a multinational or fintech environment.
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Fluent English and native/fluent Vietnamese proficiency required.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards.
