What you will do

  • Own account management and client support as the main point of contact; identify opportunities and monitor competition development.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal on client issues and requests.
  • Handle operational issues affecting smooth service delivery; act as an internal advocate for clients and assist with escalations.
  • Collect, verify, and rank client requirements (non-technical and technical) for new product features and functions.
  • Monitor individual site performance and ensure clients optimize the sportsbook on their sites; analyze activity using data and reports.
  • Run weekly/monthly meetings with clients to review open issues, performance, and updates; coordinate internal teams (Support, IT, Product, Management) to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager (or similar) in an online software company; online gaming experience is required.
  • Strong technical and business orientation with the ability to read and understand information from various sources.
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide quick resolutions.
  • Strong customer service approach, high availability, and willingness to work non-standard hours to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Fast learner, dynamic, highly motivated, stress-resistant team player.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Korean.
  • Experience in B2B sportsbook.
