What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for an assigned portfolio of B2B operator accounts.
  • Drive net revenue retention by identifying upsell opportunities and managing account development plans.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, tournaments, and game launches to ensure measurable value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial queries, contract renewals, and compliance coordination.
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and integration teams to meet operator needs.
  • Present performance data and roadmap priorities during regular account reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, commercial, or partnerships within the B2B iGaming industry.
  • Solid understanding of B2B operator business models, decision-making processes, and commercial priorities.
  • Proven track record in retaining and growing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and frame value in deal conversations.
  • Commercially literate with knowledge of revenue share structures and MGs.
  • Organized and self-directed approach to managing multiple accounts under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with regulated market environments such as MGA, UKGC, or LatAm.
  • Experience coordinating game launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Exposure to aggregator platforms like Hub88, EveryMatrix, or Relax.
  • Background in fast-scaling B2B content or platform businesses.
