International PV Manager (Pharmacovigilance)

What you will do

• Lead and maintain compliance with regional PV regulations for Vertex products.
• Ensure assigned territory PV activities and GPS procedures align with global and local regulations.
• Represent Vertex as the appointed Local Responsible Person (RPPV) or Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV).
• Assess PV regulatory intelligence and determine appropriate escalation and implementation actions.
• Author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Provide GPS oversight of PV activities performed by staff, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

• Saudi passport is required.
• Licensed by Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Bachelor’s degree in medicine or pharmacy.
• 5-7 years of direct pharmacovigilance experience with accountability for regional compliance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (C1) and Arabic (C1).
• Solid knowledge of PV system operations and pharmaceutical industry compliance in post-marketing settings.
