What you will do

• Serve as the primary scientific expert for assigned therapeutic areas and products.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) and healthcare organizations.
• Communicate complex clinical and scientific information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify evidence gaps and contribute to real-world evidence projects and research collaborations.
• Gather and analyze field medical insights to support local medical strategy and lifecycle management.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, industry codes, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Affairs experience within Saudi Arabia or a comparable healthcare environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel significantly across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate scientific qualification (Master's, PharmD, PhD, or Medical Degree).
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Experience supporting product launches or investigator-sponsored research.
