What you will do

• Define and execute the Application Security strategy and architecture across the entire engineering organization.
• Lead the Secure SDLC program, encompassing secure design reviews, threat modeling, and security automation.
• Design security architecture for AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations.
• Manage application security risks, vulnerability tracking, and the company's Bug Bounty program.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing Application Security Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and AI Platform teams to embed security into the development process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership.
• 6+ years of experience in Application, Product, or Platform Security.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, IAM, containers, and software supply chain security.
• Proficiency in programming with Python and Java.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv under a hybrid model.

• Experience securing AI applications, LLM integrations, or agent-based systems.
